Permanent bookings can be requested after you have completed the online enrolment form and via the XAP Smile App.

 

Casual bookings are available during school terms however there is no guarantee of availability as permanent bookings take precedence.  Casual bookings can be made using the  XAP Smile App after enrolment is completed.

Vacation Care bookings are the same as casual bookings.  The program is published on our website (see below) prior to the holidays so parents can view the activities and costs before booking their children in using the XAP Smile App.
